Dear Expert,
I have report which record source is a Union Query, The query contain Order Details and a single row for "Freight Charges", I just want to set Freight Charges show in Report at last row.

How could I do this, Any idea?

Thanks
Mir

Mir,

With reports use the sorting and grouping of the report. If you try to order records via a query, it will be overridden by the Report handler in Access.

Dear Sir,
I'm not trying to order records via a query. But how do I set that row as last row which contain "Freight Charges"

Please help me.

Thanks
Mir

It can be easily done but let's see 3 records (one must include the record with the freight charges).
