Solved How to start the apache tomcat server (1 Viewer)

I have installed the apache tomcat servlet container, now I'm failing to run/start it see the screen shoot below. I go to their website and use localhost: 8080 it is bring a proxy site not reachable, where do I go wrong?

The jdk is running see below:
