how to sync form and subform

Hi, I have a from with a subform which basically have the same information but in a different layout. I'd like to be able to select a record on the main or subform and have the other form move to the same record. Both are linked to the same table.
Is this possible? Any suggestions.

The subform control has Master & Child link properties you can set.
