Good Morning all
I've inherited a database that tracks maintenance records of a number of machines, breakdowns services etc
Currently we have no means of recording whether a "job" is still live or not as each machine visit is recorded as a seperate record and is treated as closed after every entry.
We need a means of tracking ongoing issues and keeping a job "live" until it has been succesfully resolved maybe with interventions over a number of days
Can anyone point to an example of best practice for such a maintenance database (medical devices would be good ), or suggest an outline solution to my problem
Many thanks
