how to update a column in atable form a column in another table

hello,

i have a table in ms access with column project name. when i change the project name in this table i want that the value of another column in another table will be changed but i don't know how. this value: i have another table with exact this column as project name. i want that when the project name in one of them is changed, this column will be changed in another table as well.
can you help me please?

Something seems wrong in your design. They should be connected by projectID and the name should be in one table only.
