How to use Combo Box

Hi all,

I don't know how to express my problems as it might be a simple issue. because i am new to ms access.

I have created tables as: tblCompanySelector, tblEmployeeDetails, tblSafetyDetails, and tblIDCards. Relationship is as tblCompanySelector to tblEmployeeDetails, tblEmployeeDetails to tblSafetyDetails and tblSafety to tblIDCards. In my form, I want the combo box select the company and other combo box search the employee name.

any help is much appreciated.

Thank you so much for your help. But I want the form open other details of the employees like his date of birth, passport, Id card numbers and expiry dates etc. Sorry because I am a beginner only and learning ms access from Internet.
4 different companies work at a same place and I have to keep data of all employees. I have created different forms for each company. Now I want a single form for all company that it could be viewed and edited in one place and save in each company's table.

Well, open this table in design view: tblEmployeeDetails

And add all those fields that you want.

Then go to the form's deisgn view and add whatever fields you want.
