How to use the combo box values to choose the fields for the report

Hi everyone,

I need help here !

I have a combo box and i want to select any value from its drop down box so as to use them as fields in my label report.

ie. I have a combo box with values in the drop down box as:
First Name
Last name
Home addr
Clinic Addr
Department addr


I want to make a label report whose values can be anything chosen from the above combo box...that is i can choose first name, last name, clinic address or i can choose first name, last name and dept addr...

how do i do this?

I'm sure you're aware that with a combo box you can only select one entry. From your description it sounds like you want to be able to select more than one of the fields. Is this correct?

You would want to use a multi-select list box if that is the case.

What are these labels being used for? Mailing?

I can use a list box too ... These labels are used for mail merge... Can you tell me how do i accomplish this?

I have never used mail merge so I don't think I'd be able to be of much help with that. Sorry.
