I have unchecked all the funtions in start up options even database window.

Now how to will i open database window? actually here any shortcut to open database window?
if this possible please help me...

Nope, no shortcut to open the database window if you have unchecked the Use Access Special Keys. The only way would be to hold your shift key down when opening the database, but it has to be closed before you do that.

F11 would open the database window/navigation pane if you don't have that checkbox unchecked.
