HTML web form to Access input

Can an offline Access database be automated to receive input from inbound email from a web form. That is, update the DB.

To put it another way, can a workstation receive email (input) from a web form through the Internet email system and import that data directly into a waiting MS Access Database?

If so, how can it be done?

Yes, it is possible for ACCESS to read OUTLOOK e-mails but the format has to be standardized since it is read sequentially. Refer to the OUTLOOK object model for the exact syntax.
