Hi everyone,
I have a form in which a user (Data Entry) can put a hyperlink to a folder (not to file in the folder) in a network drive J: and store that hyperlink in a table.
For some unknown reason, when clicking on the hyperlink, the link directs to a local C:\ drive as a default. This problem only happens in some locations where the users locate and use this application. Some other users in different locations can set hyperlink to J: and open the link directly to J:
We all have the same access to that network drive but we are not in the same work location when using the same application (a form in Access).
I am in doubt of the problem is because some set up in Access configuration are different from each work location. Can any one help me to figure out what the problem is and how to fix it?
