I have to retype the same thing twice!

I am pretty sure that this is going to be simple, but I can't figure it out.

I have a datasheet subform that will highlight all of the text entered in a field after a short pause in typing.
i.e. I type "ABC{pause}D". I will always end up typing over "ABC", ending up with just "D".

I had the field set up to capitalize with the greater than ">" in the format property, but I took that out once this started.

Any ideas?

The field is not more than a few characters long, but it gets annoying.

As I said it was easy. I found that Autocorrect was on and that was causing the problem.
