I had an excel file that help me to management my stuff in my market.

I want to make same file in Microsoft access but i have a problem in some field. can someone help me to make this file in Microsoft access?
The problem is in the "store field". how i can make it to catch a primary value and in change and adding new value the entry change.

As this is a calculated field, there needs to be a reason to store it (need more information on the purpose of the data)

As long as you have the data needed to do this calculation in tables, you can run a query to do the calculation, so there is no need to store the calculated value

We have a product in our market with primary numbers of store.
There are some inputs and outputs process on this product.
I want a query for this product that can calculate numbers of store on this product and tell me how many numbers of product is in our market for this product. How i create this query, this is my question, for more please download the excel file in the first post.
