I was tasked with making a roster, not so bad, threw it together... Now I have been asked to make some changes to it that I'm not so sure I can do... If someone is able to spend some time looking at it and helping me out, I would really appreciate it.

We have 5 staff, our roster rotates over 5 weeks, all shift times remain static (i.e. Early 06:00 - 14:15, Late 14:00 - 22:15 and so on)

I have set the form to show 5 week's (So full Rotation) with a filter to pick a 5 week period.

Now my problems start:

My boss now wants the search to be a "Date Picker" that can choose dates in the past as well as future, and the current week to show at the top of the roster every time it opens, with our roster starting on a Sunday, if we open it on a Wednesday it should show the five weeks from Sunday just gone.

I have attached the DB (Front and Back), just incase some amazing person can help me.

Thanking anyone in advance. :)

OK, so I have managed to create a report containing the roster, what I need to do now is have the ability to filter the results so I get only the selected 5 weeks show on the report.

Main Issue: Each set of five weeks is contained in one record, with the date fields as follows.

[RoDate] [RoDate2] [RoDate3] [RoDate4] & [RoDate5]

The function behind the dates is:

DateAdd("d",+7,[RoDate]) and +14 and +21 and +28 With RoDate being the main record date.

I Have set up a search function with start and end dates, however I can not get it to filter the RoDate2 - 5 and have this show in the report.

Any Thoughts, anyone please help me here.

Cheers
