Question If my users are not editing information do they all need their own FE?

Currently both my FE and BE are saved on a network. My database is used a reference type thing - users will just choose options and export data. There's no editing involved. Would it still be a good idea to create a different front end for each user? These would still be saved on the network and I have already set up a user name & password jobby for each user.

Another little thing - I can't add a VBA module to my FE(the option is blanked out). Is this now impossible as I have split the DB? I was just adding something as an afterthought and it isn't too important.

Having the FE on the server is just the same as not having the database split. If all users are going through the same turnstile then you are going to get congestion. the front end should be on each users workstation so they all have their own private entrance. So no matter which door they go int hey are all going to see the same match. I use this terminology to for brevity and to get the point across with little gargon.
