Hello Everyone,
I would like to create a form where employees can add new records, however if a record from a Site (Orlando and Philadelphia) has been created for that day, I want them to edit the existing record. For example, if for 05/13/09 employee A goes in and creates a record for Orlando. Then Employee B goes in and tries to create a new record for Orlando with the 05/13/09 date I want Employee B to see a message saying that a record already exists and stop them from creating a new record. This will avoid having multiple bits of information on the same site in various records instead of being all in 1 record per site per day. I'm not sure if this can be done with a background query or Code.
Thanks for all your help!
