Image Border

I'm using Access 2000 and I'm having a problem with a picture in a report. I have an image box with border set to transparent, but I still get a border with three sides, no bottom line shows, around with the image. If I set the border to solid I get a complete border but uneven "white areas" between picture and border. Picture alignment is set to center, and I have tried changing size mode from zoom and to stretch. Nothing works! Please advise... Thanks in advance. Cathi

Check the properties of the image. The "Special Effects" property should be NONE.
If this doesn't work, the problem is with the image itself which contains the border.
