Display image from file reference in lables

Hi.

We have a database with a list off all our employs, where they are stored with name, ID number etc. One of the attributes are a picture reference(e.g: c:\staffpictures\<picturereferance>.jpg

What we want is to use this db to produce id cards for the staff. My thought was to create a label using the report wizard and add the attributes I need, but that way it only display the image reference.
What i need is a how to display an image based on a image reference from a file nr.

Check out the employees table/form in the Northwind database. That should help you out.

Okey, that shows it is possible, but am having some trouble copying it into my label.

Can someone please help me with some pointers to how this should be done?
our pictures are stored in c:\pictures\Employees\xxxxx.jpg
