Image Manipulation

Not exactly sure how to describe this but I'm gonna give it a shot. I would like to display an image on a form and give the end user the ability to add hotspots to the image, and input data that correlates to the hotspot. For example, a picture of a map is shown on the form. User can add an icon of a tree to a certain spot, and then add information about the tree (such as height, type etc.) The data entered goes into a table which has fields for the x,y position, icon type and user entered data.

Any ideas, or where I may find some????

Addressing the same problem now...

Two words: Transparent buttons.

Does anyone else have a better idea? Love to hear it.
