I am inserting an image into Access 2007 (it is a company logo) using the commands on the Forms Design Tab. The image should have a white/transparent background and if I choose Insert Picture in Word, it appears perfectly, but using either the Logo or Image command from the Design Tab, my image acquires a dark gray background. I have tried saving in numerous file formats, but to no avail.
Is there any thing I can try to get my image to stay as intended. the only file type that remains with the correct background is png file type, but the image is of very poor quality(although perfect in Word).
Any assistance greatly appreciated
Many thanks

Upload he image I will look at it.

I don't have a problem with either pngs, gifs or jpgs

Please find attached the PNG image that I have been using. Using it in Word gives a very crisp and clean layout, but in Access it gives a rather bitmap like and unprofessional appearance.

Thank you for offering to look at this and I look forward to hearing from you.
Kind regards

How big is the Image Control. The image is 2.18 inches by .448 inches.

Use the Image Control and when it asks for the file locate the file.

I would rename to ICS_logo.png - take out the space.

I am not sure what you mean. How do I use Image Control?
Kind regards
