Could someone please give me a run down on how to use the Immediate Window correctly?

The Immediate window can be used for many things and therefore it is a rather broad topic to try to "give me a run down on how to use the Immediate Window correctly".

Google is your true friend here. There are several links that will be returned if you just Google "MS Access Using the Immediate Windos", including one from Microsoft on how to display the Immediate window even when the VBA window is not open.

Or pop down to the library and pick up an Access VBA book. I would imagine most books have this "briefly" explained.
