Import Outlook E-mails

I have a number of emails in an Outlook Inbox folder and I need to capture the [From] email address from each email in Ms Access 2000.

Can this be done?.

The Microsoft Access website has a free Outlook add-in that allows to to view your e-mail in access.

I've found it very useful.
