you need a more sophisticated software to convert it
and can control the area to extract.

i've been using Able2Extract

this is done with Adobe Acrobat Pro.

The layout seems to be better than xlsx version.

now you see the difference with Adobe Pro and Able2Extract?
Able2Extract don't have a Merge Cells, while you will have trouble
with Adobe for those Merge Cells.

it is easy to do a cleanup on the excel file produced by Able2Extract.
