Insert into a access table all value...
The name of the field are the header of table web and get all value...

This still doesn't completely answer the question of format. Are you copying and pasting from that page, downloading a file or what?
If you are doing a copy and paste, I would paste into Excel then link to the spreadsheet and append to my Access table. I would ignore the last 2 (52 Week) columns. In the Append I would assign the date.
