Importing text file Into Table - Space delimited

Hi All,

Struggling to import a text file into an access table in a readable format.

Everytime I import the file with space delimited, All data goes into the first field as the fields have a square between the data. if this was a space it would be perfect. Has anyone come across this issue?

Are the 'spaces' by chance 'tabs' ??
