In Form View, how do I duplicate data?

I have created a table and a form to enter data into Access Database. In Form view or Table view - is it possible to duplicate the data I just entered in the previous record?
Example: I enter the company name in it's field along with the PO # and the date and the account number in their fields. My problem is I need to repeat the exact info in the next record (but the order number and amount would be different). To save time typing this same data in each field , in each record, is there a way to repeat it?
