in form view, see all fields without scrolling

when I view the forms in my database in form view I set it up so I can see all the fields without having to scroll but I sent the same database to a co-worker and when she uses the same database and looks at the same forms she has to scroll over and down to see all the fields

Sounds like there is a screen resolution difference between the two machines. You have designed your forms on a machine that is set at a higher resolution than the other machine that is viewing it. Another problem that can add to this is the physical size of the monitors used. All of this can cause the problem you describe. I normally always develope my apps at 800x600 on a 17" monitor. You can purchase a third party software that will automatically detect the resolution and stretch or shrink the forms to fit, but I never use these.

If the screen resolution settings are the same on the two machines, it might be that one is set for large screen fonts and the other set for small (screen resolution is set in:

Start/settings/control panel/display/settings

and the font size is set in:

Start/settings/control panel/display/settings/advanced
