Hello, Im pretty new to the innerworkings of Access, and my problems started when we upgraded our office systems to Office XP. We have the backend of our database on our server, and then the frontend of the database running on 3 Windows Xp based PC's. I resolved the issue regarding the 'unrecognized database format' when I upgraded from Access 97 to Access XP (2002) however now whenever I work with our companies backorder report (we are a wholesale supplier) my information is incorrect. The report is set up so that we can fully receive or partially receive inventory and then print out a back order report to see what is still left outstanding on different purchase orders. However now when I order for example 15 items and then receive 5 items one day, then receive 5 items on another day my Received totals are incorrect. it will show that I have only received 5 of 15 rather than the correct 10 of 15.
Im pretty stuck on how to fix this, and was wondering if anyone had the same type of problem, and if it can be fixed?
