Inputing numbers based on date.

I'm looking for a way to have a form set up that has a submit button on it so that when it is pressed it takes the data and inserts it into a table. I need to make sure the button is only pressed one time. And.... I would like to take away the new record, previous record ect.. buttons at the bottom off the form. This possible?

Yuo can remove the record navigation buttons by opening your form in design view and goto properties of the form. Select the Record Navigation to False.

About saving your data in a table - not sure I understand - thats what will happen if you add a button in design view, and choose what the button should do... Save record (?)

Awesome, I think that will help a lot... thank you. And ya, because im taking away the record navigation I need a way to submit the data to the table, a button is fine. You got the script to do that by chance?

you do not need script you can add a button in desinge view by selecting command button in the tool box and then folowing the wizard folowing the wizard
