Insert field continue on new line

Ive been using the Insert Field button on microsoft word. My access database writes to the word document. the probem is when the words are longer than the field it pushed everything down instead of starting on the next blank line.

is there any way of setting it so that it starts on the next line?

If you're using the Insert Field button in Microsoft Word then this really isn't an Access question. You're only pulling the data from an Access table or query.

Correct me if I'm wrong but you're better off asking this question in a Word forum. Perhaps in the Word section of this forum.
