Insert query in MS SQL DB

Hello,

Just joined the forum. I have recently inherited a project where I need to call a stored procedure in a MS SQL database. I am completely new to Access and am completely lost.

If i'm in SSMS I can do EXEC dbo.uspInsertMyData @MyData = 6;

How can I do this in Access?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
