Wordart text is kept in word document.I want a label caption is the wordart text in my form. Is it possible?

If your caption is static - not subject to changes - Yes. This is a three step operation, first open up word and add the word art to a document using the style and wording you want. Second click on the object and select copy. Thirdly switch to Access and open the form in question in design mode and select Paste. After a few seconds the word art object will be made available on the form you can then resize it set the background to transparent, etc.

Can i use text effects or random color display timer event ?

I give wordart texteffects from format->font->Text Effects.
But text effects not work.
