Inserting data from Excel? (1 Viewer)

Hey,

I've got a list of data on Excel that I need to put into one of my tables, I only need the one row from Excel, how would I go about copying the row from Excel to Access?

Tables - New - Link OR Import depending on what you need. Select the Excel file. Select the worksheet. Just delete what you don't need in the table.
