Inserting Files

I need some help. I have a form where I would like to insert a document with comments on each record. Form displays one record at a time, you need to navigate to the next record to view information on it. When I insert an Object, the document I choose stays the same, even if I navigate to the next record and what I need is to insert another document with a new description related to that particular record.
I guess I could create as many forms as I have records, but I really don't want to do that.
Any ideas?

By memo field do you mean a text field with 255 field size? That's not long enough. Unless there is a way to insert a field with bigger size?

A memo field should do the trick. Change "Text" to "Memo" in your table, I think that should hold all the info you need, or are 64,000 characters not enough?
