inserting image as a result of expression?? Help!!! (1 Viewer)

I host a stats server for a Tactical shooter game and I have been deperatly trying to figure out how to insert an image as a result of a formula or expression. For example if a player has 20+ games he gets a Seargent insignia. One formula i tried was IIF([GAMES])>20,LoadPicture(C:\SGT.GIF),"PRIVATE")....but i got an error stating...undefined function "LoadPicture" in expression....Help??
