Inventory Database

I am trying to find a simple inventory database.
The ones on Microsoft templates are too detailed and have no price per item.
Can someone help me with this please.

This is a complicated matter, as has been explained numerous times. It is much easier to answer simple questions, one at a time. You can get great help here for this type of thing if you are willing to pay for it. (just the truth)

i have a client who downloaded a free MS inventory database

it was pretty good - i had to tweak it a bit for some requirements, but generally ok - not sure exactly where he found it, though
The one he had, everything ran from a single control form, called "Products"

depends what you mean by simple though - inventory is complicated, so any half decent inventory system will not be trivial
