Invoice Help PLEASE

Hi, I am very much a novice with MS Access so please bear with me. I am creating a Database for a friend who runs a nursery, I am using the Time and Billing template supplied by Microsoft as it has most of the items that I require. There is a default report called Invoice which is ideal for what I require except for the fact that it does not create single invoices, it adds all of the items that require billing together. Can anyone help me create single invoices please or tell me where I a going wrong.
