i have table of following fields

Credit Debit Balance
200 0 200
0 10 190
0 20 170
100 0 270

How Can i Create like this Balance Sheet in Access.
How Can i create in Query or Form(DataSheetView) What Condition has to apply
to balance field.

First of all, your table does not have a field for who the Credit, Debit, Balance belongs to.
