Jet Database Engine Could Not Find Object

I am attempting to export a table as a tilde (~) delimited txt file, but when I right click on the table, click on Export, the window pops up, I go into Advanced and select the tilde, and then say OK, I get the pop-up saying, "The Micorsoft Jet database engine could not find the object." Can anyone tell me what's going on and why I would get this message? I have several other tables in other Access databases I do this with, and none of the others give me the error.
