joining 2 queries and a table

Thanks for the help with my last problem, now here is something to really tax you

I have a table of user id's / names / teams and I have 2 queries one list's there quality for the previous week and one for the current week.

how can I get it to list all the usernames and there quality for the 2 periods, I can get it to show me the data where the user has data in both the 2 queries as well as the table but if for this week they have yet to be checked and weren’t checked last week they don’t show in the list.

how can I make it so they always show in the list no matter if they are in the 2 queries or not?

you need an outer join query, to list all and unmatching fields
