Has any body found anything useful besides junk & cosmetics in Access 2016?

For desktop databases on a LAN there was not really any change from 2013. No new functionality.

There are enhancements that make working with Office 365 and Azure databases easier.

I read somewhere that you don't have much Control over the installation process. It installs and removes your old version of access. No option to keep it.
