Keeping Report Format

I have spent a long time creating reports within my access DB, only to discover that all the formats are lost as soon is I export them. Does anyone know of a way that I can either export the reports and keep the formatting, or e-mail the report straight from access, so it can be opened and veiwed in it's correct state?

You can export them as a snapshot. You will need the Snapshot Viewer from Microsoft to view them and you won;t be able to edit them....but they will appear as the do in Access.

Thanks for that, but my company will not let you download anything from the web, is this the only way as it sounds like just what I need??
