Hi all, I have a form which allows me to select as many records as I want. However, i got an issue here.

For example;
I selected 4 records, but i will only want to key in the value on the textbox in the 1st record out of the four record, that i have made marking on the image i have attached above. Is this possible? so that i do have to key in the value for the second, third, fourth record

The reference June gave is the correct answer if you meant you want to transfer the values shown to another 3 records.

However, I'm wondering whether you meant that after selecting the first combo value (mill =MX), the other three combos should be automatically populated. If so, you need to use cascading combo boxes.
