Is there a keyboard to switch a form from form view to design view. F5 will take it from design to form view.

theDBguy is right - CTRL/> or CTRL/, - which you find in that linked page under the "Common shortcuts for the Design, Layout, and Datasheet views" heading near the bottom of that VERY long page. Note that CTRL/> is not a "jump to" but a "cycle through" command.
