Background: I had a form with a command button to allow me to print the record on the screen. I have done this on several databases which works fine, but this time it blew up. (My forms have always looked fine this way.) I searched the forum, and found a recommendation to create a report from the form. I also had to create a subreport from the subform.

Problem: This works, but in the middle of the subreport is a label. No, I can't select it and remove it, it does not show up if I print just the subreport, and moving the subreport does not allow me to find it underneath, it moves with the subreport. How do I get this to not show up?

Open the report in design view, move the cursor over the subreport, at some point usually in one of the top corners the hand will change to an arrow which will allow you to drag the subreport away from the label

Okay, I feel like a newbie now! The label was hidden behind the form. I had tried to move it before to get to it (must have had the hand and not the pointer) and even tried moving the fields in the form to no avail. Thanks for the reality check.
