Labels set up vertically

Is there a way to print the labels on a report vertically so that it reads straight up and down. If you chance the Vertical Property = YES then the label prints vertically but the text is side ways. Is there anyway to rotate this text so it reads like this.....

You have to build the lines like you want. There's not verical printing.
