Legend and Bar Colours Dont Match

I have created a pivot chart and changed the bar colours via the properties but when I add a legend the key uses the default colours not the updated ones???? Any ideas???

I don't have any ideas, but if you post what you're using I'll look at it and see if I can figure it out. No promises of course. But another set of eyes is usually useful.
