GOVERNING LAW

This agreement shall be governed by Australian law.

Hello

Thank you for this i will mention within my DB credits.

First and foremost, at least LOOK at your local software laws. Your address shows up as something in the UK, so any advice I would give you would be for the wrong geographic area. (I've studied USA copyright, but never looked at UK copyright.)

Do a web search on your state, county, or national laws to see what is considered standard. Also, if this is the first of many intended publications for which a license and disclaimer are intended, I would STRONGLY urge you to visit a lawyer familiar with the applicable laws. You only have to do this once because after that, it becomes what we used to call boilerplate text. (It's an old term for something stamped out on an assembly line.)
