Limit the number of rows in a subform

I am looking for a way to limit the number of rows that are added to the subform of a main form. Is there anyway that the allowable number of rows be defined using a field on the main form.

Are you talking about Data addition? Or just displaying only some records?

You can display the last 10 but then do you want the next ten and so on.

To do this you will need a field in your table that defaults to Now() This will set up a sort order.

Is this what you want.
