Limit values in a combo box based on another

Hi all,

Though this would be the correct place to post my problem;

I have a text box value that contains four values (from a query). This is called cbmAction. If I select type One from this dropdown combo, I want combo2 called cbmPayment to limit to two specific values.

How can i go about doing this?
