I am putting together a database of past members of a yacht club. When complete there are likely to be over 4000 records, To look up a particular record I have a look up form which lists all record in name and initials order. on clicking on a particular name another form opens showing all the member's details.
With so many records I should like to be able to enter a name and for the look up form to only display members with that name.
Can you please advise how I go about it.
